The Great Mountain Bake Off!

The end of July 2019 played host to the Dark Mountain’s first Bake Off challenge and oh boy what a fiasco it was. Contestants lined up to bake some incredible delicacies and put their skills (or lack thereof) to the test to be crowned the bake-off champion.

Between station swapping and some well-timed sabotage and theft between the challengers, things were getting hot in the kitchen; especially when at least one of the station’s ovens exploded.

Thankfully no one came to any serious harm and even the spectators got involved to aid the finalists in their last task.

When the smoke and chaos cleared; a winner was declared and Luna (played by the Mountain’s own Azura) came out on top.

Though she has stated she will most likely be avoiding kitchens for the rest of her natural life, she was grateful for the experience and still had a lot of fun.

The hosts of the bake-off, the contestants and the spectators all had a spectacular time and look forward to more competitions of the sort in the coming future.
