Sleeping Beauty Foils Attempted Burglary

There were dramatic scenes in the heart of Everrock Village after an attempted robbery went awry in Nisany's Bits and Bobs general traders.

Five suspected robbers were arrested by the town guard in response to the store's burglar alarm. Though the circumstances surrounding it are as strange as they come.

The five suspects, who shall remain anonymous, thought it would be "easy pickings" to raid a store owned by a narcoleptic gnome; they were soon in for the surprise of their lives when the owner of the store toppled from the top of her own counter and triggered one of her own well placed booby traps.

The criminals were found dangling by their ankles from the ceiling in the store, though no one seems to know why they were suddenly stark naked.

When questioned about the incident, Nisany simply had this to say, "Oh I know I may look like a soft target; but gnomes have friends in high magical places…"

Unfortunately the poor thing fell asleep before the interview could be concluded.

The court date for the accused has yet to be set but we will hopefully have more information in our next issue!
