Interview with Raven Moon Kairos

This week we speak to the one and only, Raven Moon Kairos! Here's what she had to say to the questions we asked her:

What do you consider the 3 best things about you?

I can speak in any and all languages fluently, for one. That includes each animals language, any incantation, spells and whatnot. The other two best things… the ability to recreate runes, scripts and the like with little to no mistake and my love for libraries and any place of knowledge and literature. If I might quote one of my favourite authors here: “Libraries [are] full of ideas — perhaps the most dangerous and powerful of all weapons.”

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

Mm, this is more of a… private concern but vaguely, I would change my natural given abilities. 3)What’s the most useless talent you have? I’m not sure actually. Never really thought of experimented with these… useless talents, as you call them.

What’s a body part that you wouldn’t mind losing and what's the one you want to keep the most?

I would most definitely want to keep my hands. They’re a necessity in the art of literature and writing. One part I wouldn’t mind losing is perhaps my feet… but even then, it would be unfortunate to part ways with them. Perhaps my tongue then. I would not mind losing that.

If you could have dinner with any other character on the Dark Mountain, who would it be and what would you ask them?

I… I have yet to meet any of them yet, actually. I’ve just arrived in the Dark Mountain few days prior and have been… have been avoiding people for the most. 6)What's your strangest quirk? Um… well. I guess, I guess I sometimes tend to write in my own personal books. Write notes in the margins and add things to some of the paragraphs, correct the rare grammatical errors and spelling… editors don’t always catch everything in an authors book.

Would you consider yourself high maintenance and why?

I’ve never really thought of myself as a creature of luxury though one of my closer acquaintances would not be able to say the same of herself. Back to the initial question though, I don’t believe I am? There aren’t a lot of things I need to make me… happy or content. I don’t require expensive things from the most well known designers and whatnot.

Describe yourself in a single sentence?

The darkest fire that lights up the night yet still shys from her flames of birthright.

What's your hidden dream that you’ve never shared with anyone?

I wouldn’t share my hidden dream.

Do you hold any convictions that you would be willing to die for and what are they?

Knowledge and learning should not be restricted from anyone nor should it cost anyone anything, much less a two pence, to pursue that knowledge.
